  • A way to test your safety net: send a clearly marked test alert and see that it was delivered.
  • Pause, for when you're away.

What it isn't

I'm Alive alerts the people you choose. It is not an emergency service or a medical device, and it does not call 000.

If you need urgent help, call your local emergency number.

Questions

Do my contacts need the app?

No. Alerts reach them by email, and by text message on Premium and Premium Plus.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Yearly plans renew each year until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and it keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. Lifetime is a single payment, so there's nothing to cancel.

There's also a free version in the app, with 1 contact and one alert a month.

Which phones does it work on?

iPhone and Android. On iPhone you can also check in from a home-screen widget, or by saying "Hey Siri, I'm OK".

What if I'm going away?

Turn on pause (vacation mode) while you're away, and turn it off when you're back.

Is this an emergency service?

No. I'm Alive alerts the people you choose. It is not an emergency service or a medical device, and it does not call 000.
