- Family Annual — subscribed before April 29, 2026 at $19.99/year? Your yearly renewal stays at $19.99.
- Family Monthly — subscribed before May 18, 2026 at $2.99/month? Your monthly renewal stays at $2.99.
Price updates apply only to new subscribers after each date. If you ever cancel and re-subscribe later, you'll get the current price.

How to Upgrade
- Open I'm Alive on your phone
- Go to Settings → Upgrade, or tap the upgrade prompt when you try to add a second contact
- Choose your plan: Lifetime ($4.99 one-time), Family ($29.99/yr or $3.99/mo), or Family Plus ($39.99/yr or $5.99/mo)
- Complete the purchase via Apple App Store or Google Play
- Features activate immediately. You'll see a confirmation in the app.
Tip — once you have Family or Family Plus
You can configure each contact differently: close family on every check-in, extended circle on alerts only, anyone you're sorting things out with on paused. See Per-Contact Notifications for the full guide.
Already Purchased?
If you previously purchased but the app shows "Free", go to Settings → Restore Purchases. This syncs your Apple or Google purchase with your account.
If Restore doesn't work, contact support with your email and purchase receipt.
